The Exchange Policy is subject to a piece review by our team to ensure the Product is free from any alterations or damages. The decision by the Blue Petals Team shall be final and binding for any sort of Life-Time Exchange Scheme.
Exchange is not applicable for any Customised Jewellery (including personalised/ engraved products).

Inspection
All items submitted for exchange will undergo a meticulous inspection by our expert quality assurance team. This thorough evaluation guarantees the authenticity and impeccable condition of each piece, reflecting our dedication to maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and integrity.
Non-Eligible Items for Buyback
- Customised or personalised jewellery pieces.
- Jewellery that has been altered or repaired by anyone other than Blue Petals.
- Items purchased on clearance or during promotional sales unless otherwise specified. Please note that the Exchange policy may vary for specific products or during promotional periods.
Condition
- To qualify for our esteemed lifetime exchange program, we shall require the following:
a) The jewellery must be in its pristine, original condition, devoid of any damage or alterations.
b) Original product
c) Original/Copy of Invoice
d) Product Certificate (If any)
e) Valid Government. ID Proof of the person making the Exchange Request - In case of any discounts given during the original purchase, an equivalent amount shall be deducted
- Exchange Value will be strictly determined by invoice value.
- The refund amount shall exclude all applied taxes at the time of purchase.
- The exchange scheme and re-imbursement of payment shall be subject to the quality check carried out of the Goods by the Company.
- The Good(s) should be accompanied with the original certificate, the original invoice provided by the Blue Petals.
- The products need to be self-shipped to Blue Petals in Delhi & The return shipping cost shall be borne by customer or If in any case, Blue Petals arranges such pickup that additional Logistic fee at Actual shall be deducted while determining the Exchange Value.
In case of Shipment of product to us under the Life-Time Exchange Scheme, the Product should be packed and sealed in a secured manner to avoid any damage in Transit either bubble wrapped or in a small box or a padded envelope.
In case of Re-Shipping the Products under Life-Time Exchange Scheme the products need to be shipped with our Shipping Partners only.
To request for return of the product under the Life-Time Exchange Policy you should do the following:
